Pilates *
Yoga * Massage
Private Pilates and Yoga Sessions
One-on-one full system Pilates training, incorporating reformer, Cadillac,
tower, wunda chair and ladder barrel, and including mat work. This session
is highly recommended for beginners and people who like to have undivided
instructor attention.
Private sessions are a
great way to familiarize yourself with the terminology and
movements of Pilates and Yoga.
Appointment required.
Semi-Private Pilates Sessions
Full system training with other participants receiving simultaneous
instruction. This training incorporates both Pilates apparatus (reformer,
Cadillac, tower, wunda chair, ladder barrel) and mat. Appointment required.
Walk-in Pilates
Tower Classes
A combination of mat and resistance training (arm springs, leg
springs, pull-down and push-through bars) incorporating the tower apparatus.
No appointment required, although you are encouraged to reserve a space as
class size is limited to six participants. (Not yet available.)
Walk-in Mat and Yoga Group Classes
Mat classes are offered on a
schedule. The mat Pilates class
incorporates all the exercises and philosophies of Pilates apparatus
training, but without the apparatus. Since there is no apparatus involved,
you create resistance with your own body.
Group Yoga classes are also
offered on a schedule. Choose a class that
works for you and your level of experience and ability.
No appointment is required and classes accommodate up to 25
participants.
Off-Site Mat Classes
Enjoy Pilates and Group Yoga classes in your preferred environment—home,
clubhouse, or wherever you’re most comfortable. Tell us when and where and
we will provide a certified Pilates or Yoga expert to conduct the class for you.
Invite your friends and make it a regular social gathering where you work
out together and feel great.
Corporate Pilates
Body Vision instructors conduct a class for your employees at your
company. The convenience is extremely motivating for your busy staff. A
little peer pressure also helps, as Pilates-trained coworkers grow stronger
and more limber without the sweaty after-work health club routine.
Membership
Enjoy unlimited mat classes. Sign up for a discounted monthly fee
or more discounted annual fee. Members enjoy discounted rates on private,
semi-private and tower classes.
30-Day Progressive
Experiencing Pilates method full system apparatus training.
According to Joseph Pilates, “in 10 sessions you will feel the difference,
20 sessions you will see the a difference and in 30 sessions you will have a
different body.” Join in this intensive training and learn what you can do
for your body with the Pilates method. Train three times a week for four
weeks on the apparatus and enjoy unlimited mat classes during the 30-day
period.
Massage Services
Every massage session is
specifically designed for each individual client to achieve the maximum
results. You may choose a session lasting from 1/2 hour to 2 hours in
length.
Each session begins with a
personal health consultation and body reading to help assess major patterns
of tension and also identify specific needs of the client.
