Tower and Apparatus classes require a reservation to ensure availability.
Kids Yoga, Prenatal and Workshops require purchase of a series of classes which can be prorated if started mid-session.
All Pilates classes are approximately 55 minutes. Most Yoga classes are 75 minutes.

Dynamic Flow Yoga: West coast influenced style like that you would find in CA, influenced by Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest and similar training methods including a foundation of traditional Hatha. Set to rhythm and music.
Hatha Flow Yoga: Traditional postures focusing on alignment and incorporating holds and varying levels of vinyasa(flow)
Athletic Flow Yoga: Often accompanied by uplifting music and traditional asanas (poses) with heavy levels of vinyasa designed to lift the heart rate and create a unique experience.
Hatha Basic/ Level 1 Yoga: Traditional yoga focused on postures and hands on corrections to assist in the development of yoga practice.
Eastern Yoga Flow: A traditional form of yoga passed generation to generation from Hong Kong native practices.
