Tower Classes

A combination of mat and resistance training (arm springs, leg springs, pull-down and push-through bars) incorporating the tower apparatus. You are required to reserve a space as class size is limited to four participants. See the Small Group Apparatus & Tower Schedule 2010 of available classes.

Tower CLass Schedule:

Monday          7:30pm – 8:30pm           Pilates Tower Class with Marie

Tuesday        11:00am – 12:00noon     Pilates Tower with Lorraine

Wednesday   12:00noon – 1:00pm       Pilates Tower Class with Marie

Thursday       5:00pm – 6:00pm            Pilates Tower with Lorraine

Saturday       11:30am – 12:30pm        Pilates Tower with Darcy
